I think we all know someone who is sick or maybe we are feeling awful ourselves so having this broth to build your immune system and ease your mind will work wonders. It's great for Coughing, Pneumonia and Bronchitis. Only 3 ingredients... equal parts Celery Onion and Radish. Fill water to cover the ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Enjoy a cup or more a day and freeze any portions you won't consume in a week. I keep mine in the freezer in pint jars and enjoy a cup at night before bed. The making of Diana the painting | No Words | Visual story | Oil Painting tips
This weeks video starts off by rewinding the clock back to when the weather was warm and I was sitting under a tree painting Diana. Then it step back in time to present day where we are having a snow storm and I am cozy inside my studio working on Diana the painting. This one I wanted it to be a visual story with no words because I just loved the contrast of the two different season that this painting has been created. I think each season has its beauty it's just a matter of finding joy in the things that speak to your heart. I also give my tips on how to tone your painting to change the mood of it and a quick and easy way to make a gradient background from a light color to a dark color. This week, I’m taking you to one of my favorite places—the Factory Antique Mall in Verona, Virginia. This sprawling treasure trove is truly a sight to behold. It’s vast enough to lose yourself for hours, filled with endless nooks and crannies brimming with unique finds. Since it’s only a 30-minute drive from where my family is staying over the holidays, I couldn’t resist the opportunity for a little field trip to explore and see what treasures awaited me.
